Free to set up. Free for internal-only use. You only pay when outside hirers book and pay through FacilityPro.
- List free — create your venue, spaces, hours, and calendar at no cost.
- Internal bookings free — club training, matches, and member use do not incur a platform fee.
- ~10% on paid public hire — when outside hirers pay through FacilityPro, the platform fee is about 10% of the paid amount (card processing included). You keep about 90%.
- Friday payouts — Stripe Connect pays out to your linked account.
