Welcome to FacilityPro. These Terms of Service govern your use of the FacilityPro website and booking platform.

1. The platform

FacilityPro provides online scheduling, booking, and payment tools for sports and community facilities. Facility owners list venues; customers book available slots.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Bookings and payments

When you book a facility, you enter a booking agreement with the facility owner. Prices, deposits, cancellation rules, and facility-specific terms are set by the owner. Payments are processed via Stripe. FacilityPro may facilitate payment collection but is not the supplier of the venue hire itself.

4. Facility owners

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, safety, and compliance with applicable laws. Owners must honour confirmed bookings except where their published terms allow otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use FacilityPro for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FacilityPro is not liable for disputes between customers and facility owners, venue conditions, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
