Sports facility booking for schools
Online lettings for halls, pitches, and courts — keep school use free on the calendar and take payment for community hire.
Community-use hire without the admin pile
School sports halls, pitches, and outdoor spaces often bring in hire income — and a lot of emails. FacilityPro lets approved hirers book published slots online while your team keeps control of hours, prices, and blocked school use.
Why schools use FacilityPro
- Separate internal school use from paid community hire
- Clear opening times and blackout dates for term time
- Card payments and invoices for clubs and community groups
- One calendar for PE, lettings, and evening hire
Cost
Free to set up and free for internal bookings. You only pay a platform fee of about 10% when outside hirers pay through the platform.
